" Position Overview As a Catering Assistant, you play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences beyond the restaurant. This role supports the execution of catering orders from preparation to delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a remarkable guest experience every time. This position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while representing Chick-fil-A in the community. Key Responsibilities Prepare, organize, and execute catering orders with accuracy and excellence Deliver orders to guests while providing professional and friendly service Communicate effectively with kitchen and leadership teams to ensure smooth execution Delegate and support team members during high-volume catering periods Ensure all catering setups reflect Chick-fil-A standards and create "wow" moments Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Represent the Chick-fil-A brand with professionalism both in and outside the restaurant Qualifications At least 18 years old Previous catering experience required Strong ability to multi-task and stay organized Great communicator who can lead and delegate when needed Team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license with a good driving record Available at least 35 hours per week, Monday
