Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu options, and assist with dietary needs or special requests to enhance their dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment, following sanitation protocols. Monitor food quality and replenish items as needed during service hours to ensure an inviting presentation at all times. Assist with catering setups for special events or banquet functions when required. Follow all food handling procedures diligently to uphold health regulations and ensure guest safety. Skills Proven experience in fine dining or high-end food service environments is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that makes guests feel valued. Experience serving or preparing food in restaurants or catering settings enhances your ability to excel in this role. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential for maintaining hygiene standards. Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus, demonstrating your ability to manage large groups efficiently.
