The resort is located in Dawson Springs, Kentucky's first certified Trail Town. Clifty Creek Restaurant at Pennyrile Forest State Resort Park is looking for a Serving Attendant. We offer a variety of foods in a warm and cozy setting for the dining room guests as well as groups for meetings and meals. Clifty Creek Restaurant has a beautiful view that overlooks the Pennyrile Lake. The Serving Attendant is a skilled team member, providing expertise in the restaurant, allowing you a great platform to express your customer service skills. As one of the team members of the culinary department, your duties would include training others and being the vital link of information on the necessities of the park, so it can operate efficiently.Position Duties:
Take guest drink and food orders while upselling the menu. Serve drinks and meals to guests in the dining room and conference center with appropriate condiments. Prepare for events including rolling silverware and folding napkins and linens. Run the cash register. Ensure a clean and organized dining room. Deliver the most pleasant experience for our guests. Enforce departmental rules, regulations, and policies.Preferred Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work in team setting and on your own. Ability to work under pressure. Trustworthiness, dependability, and integrity. Willingness to work a variety of shifts and hours based on guest needs.
