Expo/Busser Hyatt Regency Lexington - 4.0 Lexington, KY Job Details Part-time | Full-time $15.00 - $15.50 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Flexible spending account Paid time off Employee assistance program Vision insurance 401(k) matching Employee discount Flexible schedule Life insurance Qualifications Teamwork Bussing Attention to detail Table clearing and resetting Managing projects Cleaning messes in dining areas Full Job Description Coordinate and communicate the workflow between the kitchen and the dining area Responsible for making sure that the food orders are prepared correctly, timely, and according to the customers' preferences Ensures that the food is served hot and fresh, and that the supplies are well-managed Requires project management skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities Clears all used tableware, napkins and refuse from tables to tubs in bus station and wipes table, chairs and clears debris and crumbs from floor areas surrounding table Resets tables in accordance with established standards Retrieves cleaned dishes, glassware, and utensils from the dish room and distributes to each service station to keep a ready supply available for restaurant use Sweep and vacuum restaurant floors throughout shift to maintain a clean, presentable, and attractive restaurant Retrieves clean linen from laundry department at beginning of shift and during shift when necessary, folding as specified by established standards and stocking correct par levels in the service stations Retrieves requisitioned items from stockroom, ensuring requisition is complete and correct, and stocking supplies in proper places, rotating stock Keeps ice stations filled
