Duties Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation meet high standards Set up breakfast stations, including arranging food displays, utensils, and condiments to create an inviting presentation Assist guests with their selections, answer questions about menu options, and accommodate dietary preferences or restrictions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including food handling and sanitation procedures in compliance with food safety regulations Replenish supplies throughout the shift to ensure a continuous flow of fresh offerings Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and delivery for buffet or plated service styles Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and provide friendly, attentive service to foster a welcoming atmosphere Experience Prior experience in fine dining or food industry roles is highly desirable, especially with breakfast or buffet service Strong background in customer service, serving, or catering environments that require attention to detail and hospitality skills Experience with food preparation, food handling, and maintaining food safety standards in a fast-paced setting Banquet experience or familiarity with large-scale food service operations is a plus Barista experience or familiarity with beverage service can enhance your ability to serve specialty drinks effectively Knowledge of dietary accommodations and dietary aide experience is beneficial for catering to diverse guest needs Previous restaurant experience demonstrating excellent communication skills and teamwork within the food industry Join us as a Breakfast Attendant and start your day energized by creating delightful mornings for our guests!
