The role of a busser/expo team member is to ensure all guests and/or members tables are clean free of dishes, trash, etc. throughout their dining experience. You are also responsible for bringing the guest and/or members incredible customer service by menu and product knowledge (expo), ensuring correct orders (expo), timely/friendly service, and anticipating and accommodating any and all of the guests and/or members needs.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure that food is prepared correctly and to customers satisfaction as well as company standards; returns incorrect or improperly cooked orders to kitchen Delivers food and beverages to guests as per the restaurants standards in a friendly, timely and efficient manner Ensure that the guests have a pleasant dining experience Obtain complete knowledge about ingredients, flavors and suggestions about menu items Keep all tables bussed and free of debris. Collect plates and clears the table as customers finish their meals Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor Complete pre-shift and post-shift duties including setup and teardown of certain stations All other duties as assigned
