Job Description

Hours:
7:00 - 1:00 pmJob DescriptionCook and/or assist with meal prepBake and/or prepare bread/rollsResponsible for temping all foods as preparedRefrigeration temps to be taken twice dailyPrepare SandwichesClean and wash all fresh fruits and vegetablesPrepare (cut) fresh fruit and vegetables for the serving linePortion canned or fresh fruitsInform the manager when food needs to be reorderedClean the work area prior to food preparationServing and POS system operationSnack sales if permittedClean steamables after lunchesPack and deliver breakfast foods for classroomsMust be able to lift up to 40lbs.
Dish Room Responsibilities:
Wash and put away all cookware and dishesClean/disinfect all work surfacesClean/disinfect all cafeteria tables after lunchesInspect/clean all equipment dailyReceive and put away deliveriesSweep dailyDiscard recycling (when required)Fulfill any additional requests by the Food Service Manager
