Duties Prepare and set up breakfast counter, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly presented Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed Heat food to safe handling procedures Replenish breakfast items as needed Make coffee Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen stations, and service utensils through regular cleaning and sanitizing Buss tables promptly to keep the dining space tidy and inviting for guests Provide excellent guest service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating dietary needs Experience Previous kitchen experience or food preparation skills are highly valued Experience with food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards in a restaurant or hotel setting Background in catering, banquet service, or hospitality roles enhances your ability to excel in this position Knowledge of dietary accommodations and food safety regulations ensures a safe dining environment Experience as a host/hostess, barista, or in customer service roles contributes to delivering exceptional guest relations Requirements Must be available 5AM-12PM daily Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Attention to detail in ensuring the breakfast area is clean and well-stocked Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
