To maintain facilities and equipment in safe and sanitary condition, and to maintain a clean and safe work area. Sufficient ability to read and write in English, and communicate effectively. Sufficient dexterity to use kitchen equipment. Sufficient strength to lift, move, and carry heavy objects - a maximum of 40 pounds. Must be able to tolerate extreme cold temperatures and extreme hot temperatures. Ability to travel between schools as needed. Physical, mental, and emotional stamina to endure fast paced conditions. Basic kitchen operations and food preparation. Basic mathematical computations.
