Responsibilities Deliver food promptly from the kitchen to guests? tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met Assist servers with clearing and resetting tables efficiently to maintain a clean dining area Support food safety and handling procedures by following proper sanitation practices during food running and service Help with bussing tables by removing used dishes, glassware, and trash to keep the dining area tidy Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of food trays, supplies, and equipment using safe lifting practices Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate service flow and guest requests Maintain cleanliness of service stations, floors, and surrounding areas through regular cleaning and organization Support in food preparation tasks when needed, adhering to food safety standards and hygiene protocols Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards is a plus Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while practicing safe lifting techniques Strong communication skills to interact confidently with team members and guests Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous but not mandatory Familiarity with banquet service or kitchen experience can be beneficial for supporting diverse service needs Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances the dining experience Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality!
