As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy working as part of a team. Duties Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly after guests leave. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces. Help with food service by delivering dishes to tables as needed. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service. Support catering events by assisting with setup and breakdown of dining areas. Ensure that all utensils, glassware, and dishes are properly cleaned and stored. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and ensuring satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety standards is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to help others as part of the team. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift items as needed.
