Duties Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for new guests, ensuring a smooth flow of service Assist servers by bussing tables promptly, removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils with care Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and sanitizing tables and chairs Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, chairs, or supplies following safe lifting practices Support food handling procedures by ensuring proper sanitation and food safety standards are upheld Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate table service and guest needs Assist with basic food service tasks when needed, including refilling water or bread baskets Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking Knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards within the food industry Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and proactive attitude Basic understanding of table setting, serving etiquette, and restaurant operations is advantageous Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Busser and become part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences.
