Aug 31, 2026 Job Description Plainville Public Schools is seeking a part-time food service worker. Plainville is a PreK-6 school district with two school buildings; Anna Ware Jackson School houses students in grades Prek-2 and Beatrice H. Wood School houses students in grades 3-6. The successful candidate will assist the food service manager in preparing hot and cold foods, serve lunch and/or breakfast; assist in clean-up; operate point of sales system and follow food safety procedures and maintain confidentiality. In addition, the successful candidate is able to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with young children. This is a part-time position.
