Howling Wolf is looking for a dedicated and attentive Busser to join our team. The Busser will assist in maintaining the dining area's cleanliness and overall seamless operation, helping to create an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will be efficient, courteous, and able to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive. Remove used dishes, glasses, and flatware promptly during and after meal service. Assist servers with food and beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction. Reset tables in a timely manner to accommodate new guests. Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, chairs, and tables. Stock service areas with supplies such as linens, silverware, and dishes. Assist in the setup of dining areas and service stations. Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen staff to maintain efficient service delivery. Help with opening and closing tasks and other duties as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience as a busser or in a similar role in a restaurant is preferred, but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain quality standards. Good physical condition, able to stand for long periods and move quickly. Willingness to work shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays. Friendly and positive attitude, able to work as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

Able to stand and walk for extended periods. Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times. Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting.
