This hybrid position is currently split between our Sales Office and Banquet Operations, combining event planning, client communication, and banquet management. You'll assist clients throughout the planning process while also helping ensure events are executed smoothly from start to finish. Responsibilities Assist clients with planning weddings, showers, corporate events, and private parties Respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide venue tours Prepare event details and coordinate with clients throughout the planning process Oversee banquet setup, service, and event breakdown Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and banquet staff Ensure exceptional guest service and smooth event execution Assist with staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day event operations Qualifications Restaurant, banquet, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Leadership experience or supervisory skills preferred Nights and weekends required Benefits & Growth Competitive hourly pay Paid sick time Health insurance contribution available Excellent opportunity for career growth within our company This position has the potential to advance into a Director of Sales role with a salary plus commission compensation structure
