Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are a chef-driven catering company serving a variety of customers ranging from large events to informal gatherings. We also operate several food trucks/mobile kitchens. We are looking to fill full and part-time positions. Experience is a good thing, but nothing replaces a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. The right candidate must have a valid driver's license as well as a driver's medical card. We are seeking dedicated Culinary professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and customer service, with experience in kitchen operations.

Duties:

• Ensure food is served at the correct temperature and in an appetizing manner
• Assist with bulk food production
• Assist with meal planning and portion control
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
• Provide excellent customer service
• Ability to work nights and weekends.

Skills:

• Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of dietary restrictions and special diets
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Valid driver's license and medical card and ServeSafe Certification

COMPENSATION

We pay very well. Compensation increases for motivated, responsible individuals who are able to take direction and work independantly. Food truck events often receive additional gratuities.
