Food Truck Team Member (Driver / Cook / Cashier) Seasonal, Part-Time & Full-Time Positions Available Overview Box Hill Food Truck is on the move — and we're looking for energetic, dependable team members to join our mobile crew! Whether you're behind the wheel, at the grill, or at the window, you'll play a key role in delivering top-notch food and service to our customers. We're currently hiring cooks, drivers, and cashiers to support our growing seasonal operations. This is a fast-paced, fun, and customer-facing role where no two days are the same. Perks & Pay Hourly rate + tips Free employee meals during shifts 10% discount on all menu items (truck & restaurant) Great team atmosphere and flexible scheduling Responsibilities Prepare and cook food truck menu items according to set recipes and standards Safely drive the food truck/van to and from scheduled locations (for driver roles) Operate the register, take orders, and provide excellent customer service (for cashier roles) Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards inside the truck at all times Assist with restocking and inventory tracking as needed Communicate clearly and work efficiently with team members to ensure smooth operations Represent the Box Hill brand positively at every event or stop Requirements Previous experience in food service, cooking, or customer service is a plus Valid driver's license and clean driving record required (for driver roles) Ability to work in a fast-paced, small-space environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed Weekend availability is required Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings Join our crew and help bring Box Hill's famous food to the streets — one crab cake at a time!
