Primary responsibilities include managing daily food and beverage services (like breakfast buffets and evening hors d'oeuvres), maintaining lounge cleanliness, checking guest credentials, and anticipating visitor needs to ensure a flawless experience.

Compensation:

$18 - $19.16 hourly

Responsibilities:

Guest Services:

Welcome and check in guests, verify access rights, and provide local area recommendations or hotel information.

Food & Beverage:

Set up, replenish, and clear breakfast, midday snacks, and evening hot/cold food offerings. If applicable, serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while checking legal identification.

Cleanliness & Maintenance:

Practice "clean-as-you-go" procedures. Wipe down tables, sanitize surfaces, bus dishes, and ensure the lounge remains orderly and visually appealing.

Inventory & Restocking:

Monitor supplies, track daily food/beverage counts, and restock amenities as needed.

Safety & Compliance:

Adhere to all health, hygiene, and safety guidelines, ensuring a clean and sanitary environment.

Qualifications:

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand and walk for extended shifts and lift/carry items weighing up to 25-50 pounds.

Professional Demeanor:

Excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to handle guest concerns gracefully.

Multitasking:

The capability to juggle guest interactions, food replenishment, and light cleaning in a fast-paced environment.
