Job Description

Dining Services Worker | Harford Community College
Job Description:
The Dining Services Worker supports the College's Globe Caf, Joppa Hall Caf, TUNE Caf, APGFCU Arena concessions, and College catering as needed. Tasks include preparing food upon request, acting as cashier when required, and performing other related duties. As a condition of employment, this position requires participation in a Maryland State Retirement System plan. Employees of Harford Community College, including instructors for online and virtual courses, must be residents of Maryland or the contiguous states of Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia or the District of Columbia; non-residents are expected to relocate to meet this requirement.
Required Education:
High school diploma or GED .
Required Experience:
No prior experience required; training will be provided for entry-level candidates. Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to work independently. Ability to provide excellent customer service.
