Join Lutheran Village at Miller's Grant! Join our caring, mission-driven team as a Full-Time Dining Services Associate ! This position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM, with every other weekend required. The Dining Services Associate supports meal preparation, service, and delivery while ensuring excellent customer service, food safety, and a positive dining experience for residents. What You'll Do as a
Dining Services Associate:
Serve meals and provide outstanding customer service Prepare food according to recipes and dietary requirements Assist with tray line, dining room service, and meal delivery Maintain food safety and sanitation standards Support residents with menu selections and dietary needs Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Attend required training and perform other duties as assigned Why Join Lutheran Village at Miller's Grant? What You'll Need as a
Dining Services Associate:
High School diploma or equivalent or current enrollment in high school. At least 1 year experience in hospital, restaurant, or continuing care retirement community (CCRC) preferred.
