Job Description

Must be able to pass a criminal background check!!! Must have valid driver's license and able to drive onto military base.
Food Service Worker Qualifications:
Read, write, speak, and understand English. A clean and hygienically acceptable appearance and a positive, courteous demeanor.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift or move objects weighing up to 50 Lbs., and the ability to sweep, mop, clean, push carts, mop buckets, etc. and push objects weighing up to 50 Lbs. Must be able to work continually standing and walking, and frequent stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, kneeling, and bending. Must be able to scrape, soak, scour, scrub, rinse, and sanitize pots, pans, serving pans, salad line inserts, cooking utensils, sheet pans and baking pans, etc. Clean and maintain the pot cleaning and storage area, equipment, racks, floors and walls. Must be able to set up and operate mechanical dishwasher. Remove strainer pans, spray arms for preventive maintenance and cleaning. Must be able set up glasses, silverware, dishes, trays, napkins, condiments, and cold menu items such as salads desserts, bread, and cold beverages on serving lines.
