Responsibilities Prepare and set up breakfast stations with fresh food items, beverages, and condiments to ensure a smooth service flow. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food displays. Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to food safety standards and proper handling procedures. Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift to keep the breakfast area fully stocked and inviting. Monitor guest satisfaction, respond promptly to requests or concerns, and ensure an exceptional dining experience. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices. Qualifications Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Experience serving or preparing food in restaurants or catering settings is preferred. Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with banquet service or as a dietary aide is a plus. Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation enhances your candidacy.
