THE JOB:

Bring the smiles, the service, and a splash of fun! As a Fountain Worker at MGM National Harbor , you'll be serving more than food and drinks—you'll be creating WOW moments. With every order you take and every guest you greet, you'll help set the stage for unforgettable experiences in a fast‑paced, high‑energy resort atmosphere.

THE DAY-TO-DAY

Greet guests warmly, take orders, and serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently Prepare, garnish, and package orders to guest preference, including necessary condiments Handle cash transactions while following all proper cash‑handling and comp procedures Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front‑ and back‑of‑house areas, including tables, counters, and dining spaces Properly label, date, stock, and replenish food and beverage products Perform opening and closing duties based on assigned shift Unload warehouse deliveries and organize products in designated storage areas Operate standard kitchen and beverage equipment safely and efficiently Resolve guest concerns within scope of authority and escalate issues as needed Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

At least 18 years of age Has a High School Diploma or GED Previous food service experience preferred

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is: $21.21 This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage. Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
