Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Busser to join our vibrant team in upholding high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and dining room presentation. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a lively environment where your passion for food service, customer interaction, and teamwork will shine. As a Busser, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment that enhances the guest experience. Working closely with servers and kitchen staff, you will help ensure the restaurant operates smoothly by clearing and resetting tables, maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility, and supporting overall service efficiency. Your strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-oriented attitude will contribute to a positive and enjoyable experience for every guest. Duties Maintain cleanliness by performing thorough cleaning duties in the kitchen, dining areas, and service stations Buss tables efficiently to clear dishes and reset tables promptly for incoming guests Support catering events by setting up, serving, and packing down food stations Sweep and Mop the dine room and bar area Taking out trash and reset trash cans Clean bathroom and maintain Clean through out the shift Experience Familiarity with cleaning routines, bussing, and food handling procedures essential Experience working in fast-paced settings such as restaurants or hotels is highly desirable Knowledge of the food industry standards, including safety regulations and service protocols is a plus Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
