6:00 AM•10:00 AM (hours may vary by season or property) About the Role Blue Lake Hospitality LLC is seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in providing a clean, welcoming, and satisfying breakfast experience for our hotel guests. If you enjoy early mornings, hospitality, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Set up and maintain breakfast stations including hot items, beverages, breads, and condiments. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of dining and prep areas. Greet guests warmly and assist with any breakfast-related needs. Monitor food temperatures and ensure proper labeling for dietary and allergen information. Restock items promptly and clear tables throughout service. Follow food safety protocols including glove use and surface sanitization. Perform end-of-service breakdown, cleaning, and restocking duties. Report inventory needs and assist in organizing supplies. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required. Ability to work early morning shifts and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Must comply with brand standards and health regulations. Why Join Us?
