QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma Pass a personal interview with the Immediate Supervisor and Central Office Administrator Ability to operate general office equipment and various electronic data processing equipment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Microsoft Office, AS400, PowerSchool, Meal Magic, Red Rover, Knowledge of Child Nutrition Program regulations (preferred)

JOB GOAL
Insure a smooth running, efficient operation of various accounting functions within the business office (i.e. Food Service Program)
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Perform secretarial responsibilities for the Food Service Director to include confidential reports governed by Federal law (Privacy Act & HIPPA, Licensing, site reviews. Demonstrate effective working relationship with staff and the public. Demonstrate comprehensive and organizational ability in performing routine daily functions including setting up and maintaining a comprehensive filing system. Demonstrate good telephone communication skills. Perform functions necessary to maintain a records database using PowerSchool, Access. (i.e., free and reduced lunch applications lists, inventories, and insurance reporting. Maintain CLPS Food Service Department Website. Process Accounts Payable weekly, process/handle P.O's and ordering Edit, correct, publish and forward menus electronically to Buildings/Website Process Electronic/Manual EBF's. Prove eligibility and sign as District Official. Assist in start-up and daily operations of the Summer Food Service Program Create/maintain Meal Magic student records Import Meal Magic data into AS400. Perform bookkeeping functions for the Food Service Department including ledger postings through trial creating cash receipts/deposits, log/consolidate daily building deposits. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
