Job Description

POSITION OPENING
Food Service Worker Meal Delivery and Inventory Part Time:
20-30 hours per week
Job Overview:
This position is primarily responsible for delivering meal services to satellite locations throughout the District. Additional duties include unloading delivery trucks, managing and tracking inventory, and maintaining stock levels. The successful candidate will also support daily kitchen operations, including dishwashing, cleaning, and occasional food preparation. This position is scheduled to work approximately 20-30 hours per week.
Required Qualifications:
Meet requirements for a background check and fingerprinting. Possess valid drivers license
Job Requirements, Knowledge, and Skills:
Must be able to handle repetitively lifting weights of at least fifty (50) pounds. Maintains sanitation standards. Possesses the necessary skills to keep accurate inventory records. Ability to be patient and enjoy working with students of all ages. Must have a positive attitude about school food service and willing to expand knowledge of food service. Willing to travel within the district. Experience in food service, preferred. A successful candidate will be able to: Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure student success and a positive school climate.
