Job Description
Summer's Inn of Ludington is a seasonal motel open from May through September, serving breakfast for up to 60 guests daily. Weekends and holiday shifts would be required. Start time is approx. 6:15AM until 11:00AM-12:30PM, depending on occupancy.
Responsibilities:
Open the kitchen and dining room, preparing for daily breakfast service. Assist kitchen staff during breakfast service, which may include but is not limited to greeting guests, serving beverages/food, providing silverware, bussing and sanitizing tables, and restocking coffee bar and drink station as needed. Wash and sanitize dishes and service items, following all food and health safety guidelines. Prep and restock for the next day. Assist the cook with any food prep for the next day, following all food and health safety guidelines. Close the kitchen and dining room, which may include but is not limited to emptying trash, sanitizing, sweeping, and mopping. Maintain cleanliness standards and follow ALL Food and Health Safety Guidelines.Requirements:
Prior experience preferred; however, we are willing to train for this position. Must hold or be willing to obtain a Food Handler's Certificate.Job Types:
