Middle School Cafeteria Helper Monday
•Friday 9:00 a.m.
•2:00 p.m. Student days only
Job Summary:
To work together with the lead server in preparation and serving of quality food to students and staff.
Job Requirements:
1. High School Diploma 2. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. 3. Willingness to work as part of a team of professionals in a collaborative manner.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare foods to be served for breakfast and/or lunch. 2. Assist with dishes, and general clean up of the dish area and other work areas as needed. 3. Run register. 4. Sweep and mop floors. 5. Ability to work in and contribute to a team-based environment. 6. Use POS system to deduct breakfast and/or lunches from accounts, and make student and staff deposits. 7. Help complete daily production records for foods prepared. 8. Fill orders as needed. 9. Follow all safety and sanitation requirements daily. 10. Clean and sanitize equipment daily and at the end of the school year. 11. Ability to fill in for other positions if needed. 12. Responsible for any other related duties or jobs assigned by the Food Service Director and Head Server.
