Food Server Schedule:

Schedules include working every other weekend and every other holiday

• Morning Shift
• 6:00 a.m.
• 2:30 p.m. (Full-time, 80 hours per two-week pay period)

• 7:30 p.m. (Part-time, 20

As a Server, you'll play an important role in enhancing residents' quality of life through attentive service, genuine hospitality, and meaningful daily interactions. You'll work as part of a supportive team to ensure meals are served accurately and thoughtfully while building positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers. • Provide a welcoming and positive dining experience for residents by serving meals with warmth and professionalism
• Ensure meals are served accurately according to diet cards, menus, and resident dietary needs
• Clear dishes and maintain a clean, organized dining and service environment
• Support overall nutrition services operations, including setup, cleanup, dish washing, and related duties as assigned
• Build respectful relationships with residents, families, and team members while modeling excellent customer service Minimum Qualifications
• Previous serving or food service experience preferred, but not required
• Experience in senior living or hospitality settings is a plus
• Ability to read English and accurately follow diet cards, menus, and production sheets
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team
• Commitment to providing respectful, person-centered service
