Job Description
Part-Time | Dietary Aide /
Food Server Schedule:
Schedules include working every other weekend and every other holiday- Morning Shift
- 6:00 a.m.
- 2:30 p.m. (Full-time, 80 hours per two-week pay period)
- Evening Shift
- 3:30 p.m.
- 7:30 p.m. (Part-time, 20
- 40 hours per two-week pay period)

- Provide a welcoming and positive dining experience for residents by serving meals with warmth and professionalism
- Ensure meals are served accurately according to diet cards, menus, and resident dietary needs
- Clear dishes and maintain a clean, organized dining and service environment
- Support overall nutrition services operations, including setup, cleanup, dish washing, and related duties as assigned
- Build respectful relationships with residents, families, and team members while modeling excellent customer service Minimum Qualifications
- Previous serving or food service experience preferred, but not required
- Experience in senior living or hospitality settings is a plus
- Ability to read English and accurately follow diet cards, menus, and production sheets
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team
- Commitment to providing respectful, person-centered service
