Job Description

The Banquet Server/Beverage Cart Attendant is responsible for providing positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner. At all times, servers/beverage cart attendants are expected to be professional, attentive to our guest needs, making them feel welcome and comfortable. Banquet servers are responsible for setting up and breaking down banquet rooms, meal services, clearing guests' plates, providing refills on drinks, and any other assigned duties by management. Beverage Cart Attendants are responsible for providing on-course food and beverage service to golfers in accordance with customer service standards, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of equipment according to company standards.
Note:
Staff hired as Beverage Cart Attendants will also will be hired as Banquet/Outing Servers. Dual Position Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age. Previous serving experience helpful but not required. Be courteous, friendly professional with a strong sense customer service. Willing to cross train positions and work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift 20-30 pounds. Willing to participate in ongoing training and learning of new products. Must work well with a team and interact in a positive way with our guests.
