Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours in a hotel setting. This role requires a passion for food service, attention to detail, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for all guests. Duties Prepare and set up the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Cook and present breakfast items according to established recipes and standards. Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations. Provide excellent guest relations by greeting guests warmly and assisting with any inquiries or requests. Operate the POS system for tracking food orders and managing payments. Assist in cleaning up the breakfast area after service, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items. Requirements Previous experience in a food service role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting. Basic cooking skills with knowledge of food handling practices. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for guest interactions. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with POS systems is a plus. A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding guest service. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
