Job Description

Fritz's Adventure is now hiring a Cafe Team Member for our location in Branson, Missouri. Fritz's is an experiential adventure park that brings people together through discovery, challenge and play. We offer two million cubic feet of attractions including zip lines, mazes, tunnels, ropes course, playgrounds and more. The Cafe Team Member plays an essential role in delivering a high-quality dining experience for every guest. This position is responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, operating POS systems, and ensuring guests enjoy fast, accurate, and welcoming service.
Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation and Service Prepare food and beverage items according to recipes, portion standards, and safety guidelines. Operate kitchen equipment safely (ovens, warmers, soda machines, etc.). Follow proper food handling, temperature checks, and sanitation procedures at all times. Ensure all menu items are presented neatly and consistently. Restock prep stations, condiment areas, and service counters throughout the shift. Guest Service and Hospitality Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service. Accurately take orders, process transactions, and answer guest questions about menu items and ingredients. Assist guests with special requests, concerns, or dietary needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting service counter and dining area. Process payments accurately using the POS system. Follow all cash handling and reconciliation procedures. Promote add-ons, combos, and specials to increase guest value and revenue. Sanitation and Safety Comply fully with health department regulations and company sanitation standards. Follow safe food handling practices, including glove use, cross-contamination prevention, and FIFO rotation. Clean and sanitize counters, utensils, equipment, and dining areas throughout and after shifts. Assist in completing daily and weekly cleaning checklists, including deep cleaning tasks. Teamwork and Communication Work collaboratively with fellow team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations. Communicate clearly via radio or other park communication systems. Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and contribute to a positive team culture.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; enjoys interacting with guests of all ages. Ability to operate POS and process transactions accurately and efficiently. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods of time. Prior F B, concessions, or hospitality experience preferred but not required. Must be 16 years or older. Must have reliable transportation.
Schedule Environment:
Part-time hourly position; nights, weekends, holidays and peak season availability are required. Indoor and outdoor work environment with variable weather and physical activity.
