This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient environment to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to support our team and enhance the overall dining experience. Duties Manage bar inventory to ensure proper stock levels and assist with restocking as needed. Perform sweeping and mopping of floors regularly to maintain cleanliness in food preparation and service areas. Clean bathrooms thoroughly, ensuring they meet health and safety standards. Operate dishwashing equipment to clean utensils, dishes, and kitchenware efficiently. Conduct outdoor cleaning tasks, including trash removal and maintaining cleanliness of outdoor dining or service areas. Support food service staff by assisting with general cleaning tasks and ensuring sanitation protocols are followed. Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to safety guidelines and reporting any hazards. Skills Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, lifting, and outdoor cleaning. Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures. Good time management skills to prioritize daily tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Reliable with a strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
