Job Description
Job Summary Comfort Suites is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing, setting up, maintaining, and cleaning the complimentary breakfast area while providing exceptional guest service. This position plays an important role in ensuring guests begin their day with a clean, welcoming dining experience. Key Responsibilities Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet before service begins. Ensure all food and beverages are fresh, properly stocked, and presented attractively. Replenish food, beverages, utensils, and supplies throughout breakfast service. Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous assistance. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the breakfast area, dining room, and kitchen according to health and safety standards. Monitor food quality and temperatures throughout service. Wash dishes, clean equipment, and sanitize work surfaces after breakfast service. Remove trash and recyclables and keep storage areas organized. Report maintenance issues, inventory shortages, or guest concerns to management. Follow all hotel policies, food safety regulations, and brand standards. Assist with other housekeeping or hotel duties as assigned.
