Prepare and serve breakfast items efficiently, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation Set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are stocked, clean, and inviting Handle food handling duties with strict adherence to safety and sanitation protocols Assist with food preparation tasks Clean and sanitize work areas, kitchen equipment, dining and public areas spaces and to uphold hygiene standards Buss tables promptly after guests finish their meals to maintain a tidy environment Provide friendly guest services by answering questions about menu items and accommodating dietary needs Maintain open communication with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy mornings Proven kitchen experience with knowledge of food preparation and handling techniques Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cashiering experience is a plus Previous banquet, catering, or hotel experience enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service Strong cleaning, bussing, and food safety skills to uphold hygiene standards at all times Customer service expertise with excellent communication skills and phone etiquette Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Experience with coffee-making or barista duties is advantageous for beverage service Knowledge of dietary restrictions and food allergy awareness ensures guest safety and satisfaction Hospitality background including host/hostess or guest relations roles helps create a welcoming atmosphere Knife skills, meat cutting, meal preparation, and culinary experience contribute to versatile kitchen support Embark on this rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable mornings!
