General Manager / Executive Housekeeper Position Summary The Breakfast Attendant / Laundry Attendant is responsible for providing guests with a clean, welcoming breakfast experience while ensuring hotel linens, towels, and laundry are properly cleaned, organized, and available for daily operations. This team member plays a vital role in guest satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness, food presentation, and exceptional customer service. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesBreakfast Attendant Duties Set up and maintain the breakfast area according to brand standards. Prepare and replenish food and beverage items throughout breakfast service. Ensure all food items are fresh, stocked, and presented attractively. Keep breakfast area clean, sanitized, and organized. Wipe tables, clean counters, and remove trash regularly. Monitor inventory levels and notify management of supply needs. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Provide friendly and professional guest service. Break down and clean the breakfast area after service. Complete all breakfast-related cleaning and preparation checklists. Laundry Attendant Duties Wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens, towels, and other laundry items. Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect linens for stains, damage, or wear and report issues to management. Maintain a clean and organized laundry room. Monitor laundry supplies and notify management when inventory is low. Deliver clean linens to designated storage areas. Follow all safety procedures regarding chemicals and equipment. Assist housekeeping team as needed to ensure room readiness. General Responsibilities Maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests and team members. Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards. Follow proper safety and security procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Assist in maintaining overall cleanliness and appearance of the property. Qualifications Previous hospitality, food service, housekeeping, or laundry experience preferred. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays as needed. Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching. Ability to lift and carry laundry bags, linen carts, and supply boxes up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
