Job Duties/Responsibilies :
A dietary aide is responsible for effectively operating food preparation equipment, assembling food items, taking and recording temperatures, along with ensuring stock and inventory control. Performs duties in accordance with the MSHD and JCAHO standards and follows facility sanitary guidelines. Participates in special food service events including orientation and holiday celebrations. The performance of physical food service operating procedures to ensure a food safe, balanced, and appealing health care dietary environment and all other duties as assigned.
