Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area. - Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, ensuring that all food and beverage stations are fully stocked
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with any questions or special requests
- Prepare and serve breakfast items such as coffee, tea, juice, pastries, and hot dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the breakfast area, including clearing tables, washing dishes, and restocking supplies
- Monitor food levels throughout the breakfast service and replenish items as needed
- Ensure that all food is properly labeled and stored according to health and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food handling and safety procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is beneficial
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
