Catering & Suites Attendant:

Greet guests warmly and assist with their needs during events Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, adhering to safety and quality standards Set up and clean dining areas, including tables, chairs, and serving stations Ensure all food and beverage service areas are maintained in a clean and organized manner Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly Assist with event setup and breakdown as required Maintain cleanliness and organization of private suite areas Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service to enhance their experience Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently and courteously Uphold the venue's standards of cleanliness, safety, and confidentiality Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

Must be 18 or older due to handling alcohol (Suite attendants only) Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or food service preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail, professional appearance and organizational skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service
