Job Description
Job Overview:
- We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our team at a hotel in providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Duties:
- Set up breakfast buffet and ensure all items are fresh and well-presented
- Greet guests warmly and assist with any special requests or dietary needs
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including clearing tables and replenishing food items
- Monitor food levels and communicate with kitchen staff for replenishment
- Assist in meal preparation as needed
- Provide excellent guest services by answering questions and offering assistance
Experience:
- Previous experience in food handling, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
