Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Breakfast Attendant and be the first smile guests see in the morning! In this energetic role, you will ensure a warm, welcoming environment by preparing and maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting breakfast area. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable mornings for our guests, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hospitality skills while contributing to a positive guest experience from the moment they wake up. Responsibilities Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are fresh, appealing, and properly stocked throughout service hours Maintain high standards of sanitation procedures by cleaning tables, counters, and food prep areas regularly Assist guests with their breakfast selections, answer questions about menu items, and provide friendly customer service Manage food safety protocols diligently, including proper storage, handling, and temperature control of all food items Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process guest transactions efficiently and accurately Monitor the cleanliness of the dining area and kitchen spaces to uphold health regulations and safety standards Restock supplies as needed and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety management practices is highly valued Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with POS systems will be an advantage but can be learned on the job Join us in creating delightful mornings for our guests!
