Job Description
The Catering Assistant supports food service operations by helping prepare, serve, and deliver food and beverages for events. This role ensures excellent customer service, maintains food safety standards, and assists with event setup and cleanup. About Jawbone Group LLC Jawbone Group's purpose is to provide unique dining experiences to our guests. Description Key Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, packaging, and presentation. Set up buffet stations, serving areas, tables, and equipment. Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner. Refill food trays, beverages, and supplies during events. Load, transport, and unload catering equipment and food items. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, serving areas, and dining spaces. Wash dishes, utensils, and catering equipment as needed. Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations. Assist with event breakdown and cleanup after service. Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests professionally. Support team members and perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
