Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our exciting Alpine Coaster, Coffee Shop, Retail Stores and Restaurant. Multiple positions are being filled and they will start immediately. As a key part of our team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and memories to last and be shared. These positions are ideal for people who enjoy working with the public, enjoy staying busy and have good attention to detail. Barista and food services positions are also available and cross-training is encouraged. Duties Work with customers to help them understand our process, sell tickets and promote retail sales. Be knowledgeable of our products and services. Give customers clear instruction on how to operate our attractions to remain safe while having a great experience. Encourage customers to challenge themselves and enjoy the adventure. Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization across all businesses. Handle cash and card transactions accurately using a register or POS system. Support team members in achieving daily sales goals through effective communication and collaboration. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations when handling and preparing food. Ability to competently keep track of inventory. Experience Previous experience in these areas is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Ability to use verbal and non-verbal communication to communicate with customers effectively. Ability to walk up hills, lift 50 lbs, and remain on your feet for extended periods of time are a requirement. Experience using POS systems is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to help customers effectively. A passion for working in a team environment and a positive attitude.
