Responsibilities Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and well-presented Serve guests with friendly, prompt in-person customer service, addressing their needs with enthusiasm Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations, food preparation zones following food safety sanitizing procedures, and guest bathrooms following food safety sanitizing procedures Assist with food handling and food safety management to meet health standards and regulations Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently for food preparation and presentation Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth service throughout the shift Support catering or banquet setups as needed for special events or group breakfasts Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality preferred but not required Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling best practices Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and perform manual handling tasks including weight handling in the workplace Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable mornings for our guests!
