Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring that their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the food industry and possess strong interpersonal skills. Duties Greet guest promptly with a friendly demeanor. Provide menu information and assist guests with food and beverage selections. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns efficiently. Support catering and banquet services during special events. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including dietary options, to assist guests effectively. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food safety practices and food preparation techniques is advantageous. Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
