Duties Prepare and assemble breakfast items according to established recipes and presentation standards, ensuring quality and freshness. Set up buffet stations or serving areas, ensuring all food safety sanitizing procedures are followed meticulously. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations, and equipment through regular cleaning and sanitizing routines. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, coffee machines, and warming trays. Assist with food handling, portioning, and basic food preparation tasks while adhering to food safety management protocols. Provide friendly in-person customer service by greeting guests, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating dietary needs or special requests. Skills Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety sanitizing procedures, and proper food handling practices. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Strong customer service skills with a focus on in-person interactions that create welcoming experiences for guests.
Pay:
$11.00 - $12.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 35.0 per weekBenefits:
