Position Overview Tamasha Modern Indian is seeking energetic, detail-oriented, and hospitality-driven individuals to join our team as Server Assistants / Food Runners . This role is essential to maintaining the flow, energy, and elevated guest experience of our dining room. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with team members, and takes pride in delivering exceptional hospitality. Restaurant experience is strongly preferred. Key ResponsibilitiesFood Running Deliver food from the kitchen to the correct tables promptly and efficiently Verify accuracy and presentation of dishes before serving guests Communicate clearly with kitchen and service teams during service Assisting Servers Support servers throughout service to ensure seamless guest experience Refill water glasses and assist with guest requests proactively Anticipate guest needs and maintain attentive table awareness Table Maintenance & Bussing Clear dishes, glassware, and utensils efficiently Reset tables according to Tamasha service standards Maintain a clean, polished, and inviting dining environment Team Collaboration Work closely with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams Maintain strong communication during high-volume service periods Assist with side work and operational support as needed Cleanliness & Organization Keep dining room, service stations, and back-of-house areas clean and organized Follow daily cleaning and sanitation procedures Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the shift Closing Duties Assist with end-of-night cleaning and organization Restock supplies and prepare service areas for the following shift Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays, bus tubs, and service items Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer Opportunity to work in a Michelin Guide recognized restaurant Professional growth within an award-winning hospitality team Employee dining discounts Flexible scheduling Energetic, team-oriented work environment
