WHAT YOU WILL DO
Pick up employees and safely transport them to work. Help employees feel welcome and comfortable during transportation. Complete your scheduled transportation route safely and on time. Assist with cleaning and stocking the dining facility. Help maintain a clean dining area for service members and guests. Work with your team to complete daily tasks. Follow safety procedures throughout your shift. Transport employees home safely at the end of the workday.
WHAT YOU BRING
Experience driving a passenger van, shuttle, or other transportation vehicle. Experience transporting individuals with disabilities or providing community support services preferred. Experience in food service, janitorial, custodial, or hospitality environments preferred. Experience working on a military installation or secure facility preferred. Basic understanding of safe driving practices and traffic laws. Ability to operate a vehicle safely while following all applicable traffic laws and company safety requirements. Valid driver's license and good driving record. Valid REAL ID. Ability to obtain and maintain government base access. Be willing to learn and follow instructions. Show up to work on time and be dependable. Be friendly, respectful, and supportive of others. Be comfortable assisting employees with transportation and workplace support. PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
