Full Job Description Breakfast Attendant Job Description Job Summary:
The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing, setting up, maintaining, and cleaning the breakfast area to ensure guests receive a positive dining experience. This role requires excellent customer service, attention to cleanliness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and prepare the breakfast buffet before service begins. Ensure food items are stocked, fresh, and attractively presented throughout service. Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Monitor food quality and replenish items as needed. Keep the dining area, buffet stations, and kitchen areas clean and organized. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Remove used dishes and clean tables promptly. Assist with inventory and report supply needs to management. Properly store food and equipment after breakfast service. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous food service or hospitality experience is a plus. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays. Descripción del

Responsabilidades Principales:
Preparar y organizar el buffet de desayuno antes del inicio del servicio. Mantener los alimentos abastecidos, frescos y presentados de manera atractiva. Recibir y atender a los huéspedes de forma amable y profesional. Supervisar la calidad de los alimentos y reponer productos cuando sea necesario. Mantener limpias y organizadas las áreas de comedor, buffet y cocina. Cumplir con las normas de seguridad alimentaria e higiene. Retirar platos usados y limpiar mesas oportunamente. Ayudar con el control de inventario e informar necesidades de suministros a la gerencia. Almacenar correctamente los alimentos y equipos después del servicio. Realizar otras tareas asignadas por la gerencia.
Requisitos:
Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente (preferido). Experiencia previa en servicio de alimentos u hotelería es una ventaja. Capacidad para permanecer de pie, caminar, agacharse y levantar hasta 25 libras (11 kg). Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente y comunicación. Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos matutinos, fines de semana y días festivos.
